SMS Terms of Service (Text Marketing)

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from XO Fancy Hair (“XO Fancy Hair,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these SMS Terms of Service. These terms apply to any text marketing messages sent by us, including promotions, order updates (if applicable), cart reminders, and other marketing communications.

 

1) SMS Program Description

 

XO Fancy Hair offers a mobile messaging program (“SMS Program”) where subscribers can receive marketing text messages such as:

• Exclusive promotions and discounts
• New product drops and restock alerts
• Abandoned cart reminders
• Limited-time sales and special announcements

 

2) Opt-In / Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you:

• Authorize XO Fancy Hair to send recurring marketing SMS/text messages using an automatic telephone dialing system (auto-dialer) and/or prerecorded technology (where permitted).
• Confirm you are the authorized user of the phone number provided.
• Understand that consent is not a condition of purchase.

3) Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary based on promotions and customer interaction. You may receive up to 21 messages per week depending on sale events, product drops, and engagement (ex: cart reminders).

 

4) Message & Data Rates / Fees

 

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. XO Fancy Hair does not charge a fee to receive SMS messages; however, your carrier may charge for messages and/or data.

 

5) Supported Carriers

 

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside of our control.

 

6) How to Opt Out

 

You can cancel the SMS Program at any time by texting:

• STOP

After texting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also unsubscribe via any link provided in the message (if applicable).

8) Eligibility

 

By subscribing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help operate our SMS Program (ex: messaging platforms) to deliver messages on our behalf.

10) Prohibited Use

 

You agree not to misuse the SMS Program or interact with it in an unlawful, harmful, or abusive manner. We may suspend or terminate participation for suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

We may update these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
